PIC SUMMIT EUROPE

Practical information

PIC Summit Europe will take place on 15-16 October 2024 at the Evoluon in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Address: Evoluon, Noord Brabantlaan 1A, 5652 LA Eindhoven Directions: Please make use of the complimentary shuttle busses! Evoluon is also easily accessible by car, bike or public transport.

The dinner will take place at the Evoluon. All registered participants are welcome and invited to join the networking dinner.

There are many hotels in Eindhoven to sleep during your stay.

PIC SUMMIT EUROPE

Ticketing

You can buy tickets for PIC Summit Europe via the official website: PIC Summit Europe 2024. The ‘Get Tickets’ button guides you to a webshop, where you can buy the conference tickets. 

This is the only official link to buy tickets. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through other websites or second-hand

Refunds are only available if PIC Summit Europe needs to cancel the event. In that case, we will refund all tickets purchased in full.

All registered participants will receive an e-mail with the QR code a few day befor the event. It is possible to scan this QR code at the registration desk either via your phone or with the printed version.

There are 3 types of paid tickets:

- Super Early Bird – €295
- Early Bird – €395
- Regular – €495

Begin Registration: PIC Summit Europe 2024

All registered participants will receive confirmation e-mail with the link to their ticket. The ticket also serves as an invoice. The price is stated on the ticket.

You can buy tickets with:

- iDeal
- Bancontact
- Credit card

You can only buy tickets for the entire conference that takes two days. After registration you will receive an e-mail in which you can indicate on which day(s) you will be present.

Attendance & Traveling

Please bring a form of identification and your registration confirmation; the email that was sent to you by the PIC Summit team.

Some of our special sessions require additional registration. Please check the event program or app for details.

The dress code is business casual/smart casual. Please wear your badge at all times.

Free Shuttle Busses
You are welcome to make use of our free Shuttle Bus service. To see the entire schedule and route, please visit our website. 

Coming by car?
The Evoluon is located near the A2 motorway and is easily accessible by car. From the highway, you can easily reach our parking lot with over 500 parking spaces, located on the outskirts of the city center of Eindhoven.

Coming by public transport?
The Eindhoven Central and Eindhoven Airport train and bus stations are both a 7-minute bus ride away. Buses depart from the north side of Eindhoven Station:

Hermes line 402 (Veldhoven Sondervick)
Hermes line 403 (Oerle)

Yes, re-entry is allowed. Please ensure you keep your event badge visible when returning.

Yes! The event app is going to help you get the most out of the event. Please download it to check out the exact program, interact with other participants and to keep yourself informed at all times. If there are important announcements during the event, we will communicate through the app. Also, you can find a floorplan there for your convenience.

•    Search for the area ‘PIC Summit Europe’ in that app
•    Login (Click on the button ‘Reset Password’)
•    Fill in your email, click on the link in the email you received and create a password
•    You can log in to the app with the password you created.

Venue

Yes, there is parking available for free next to the Evoluon. Simply follow the parking signs.

We strive to ensure our event is accessible to everyone. Please let us know your specific needs and we will assist you accordingly.

Absolutely, you can find a map on our event app, which provides details of all event locations.

Yes, there is a coat check and luggage storage located at the entrance.

We unfortunately have no meeting rooms available for private discussions.  

Yes, we have a lounge area set up for attendees to relax and network. You can find it on the floorplan that is accessible in our event app and it shown on the screens at the expo area.

Yes, complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the venue.

Programme & Networking

The programme on 15 October features a curated mix of keynote presentations and breakouts in the form of presentations and panel discussions, covering a range of different topics divided over business, applications, and technology; and a networking dinner.

The programme on 16 October includes application industry keynotes. Various side events take place throughout the same day.
 

The event concludes at 18.00 each day, on Tuesday you are welcome to join our networking dinner until 21:00.

Yes, we have a variety of interactive sessions today. You can find a full list with times and locations in our event app

Networking opportunities are scheduled throughout the event during the catering breaks and you can connect with other attendees via our event app.

A list of our exhibitors and sponsors is available on the event app.

No, all presentations and materials will not be made available for download on our event app or website after the sessions conclude.

Our official event photographer is capturing moments throughout the event. Photos will be made available on our website after the event.

We welcome your feedback! You can provide it through our event app or by filling out a feedback form at the information desk.

Food & Drinks

We will provide meals/snacks/beverages during the entire event. On Tuesday you are welcome to join us for dinner as well! 

Please inform one of our catering staff or visit the information desk, and they will be able to assist you with your dietary needs.

Emergencies and other practical info

For any immediate concerns, please approach any event staff member or go directly to the information desk.

Your health is important to us. Please talk to one of our staff members (with the PIC Summit shirt or red lanyards) or go to the info desk if you feel unwell.

Lost and found is located at the information desk. Please report any lost items or turn in found items there.

Yes, all items found during and after the event will be kept at the information desk during the event and at our main office post-event.

The venue is a smoke-free (also no vaping) environment. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.

There is no ATM close by. If you need further assistance, please ask at the information desk.
