A versatile physicist who went straight from his Master at the Max Plank Institute for the Physics of Light to industry. He started his career at Sill Optics - a lens manufacturer for laser optics - where he spent over five years in roles ranging from project management and prototype development close to the customer to building up an R&D team. Three years ago, he joined KEEQuant, then a newly founded start-up for quantum key distribution, where he now oversees the entire spectrum of photonic integration of the technology from the laboratory to corporate strategy.
