Speaker Bio
Francesco is the CEO and co-founder of NcodiN, a French startup developing and commercializing an Optical Network On-Chip to unlock the full scalability of its clients' HPC & AI processor architectures. He is a young physicist with a PhD on optoelectronic nanodevices, with an expertise ranging from their design to their fabrication and application. He has been trained during his studies to optoelectronic and nanophotonics at excellence research and company facilities, including EPFL and IBM. He has performed his PhD at the Center for Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies (C2N), a CNRS research institute located in Palaiseau, France. He developed and co-invented the optoelectronic nanodevices that NcodiN exploits for its product.
