Denis Ganin is a Senior Laser and Amplifier Specialist at Scantinel Photonics GmbH, where he works on development of cutting-edge laser and amplifier systems for fully integrated LiDAR photonic integrated circuits. He holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Saint-Petersburg State University (Russia) and an MSc in Physics from the University of Trento (Italy). He conducted PhD research in Ultrafast Optical Metrology as a research associate at the Institute of Photonics and Quantum Electronics, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany). Prior to joining Scantinel Photonics, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork (Ireland).
